About the Role
Unified Socho is looking for a creative, strategic, and result-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, social media strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Content Writer to ensure timely delivery of creatives and content.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content briefs.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages (if required), and help build online communities.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Knowledge of content planning, campaign management, and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze insights and optimize content performance.
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva
- Google Analytics (Basic)
- Social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media advertising is an added advantage.
- Experience in influencer marketing and trend analysis is a plus.
