Job Summary
The Service Manager owns end-to-end delivery of Material Depot's installation services vertical — driving operational performance, managing the subcontractor network, and ensuring customers receive a high-quality, on-time installation experience. This is a leadership role with direct accountability for revenue, profitability, and team output.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall service operations management, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Drive team performance and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage contractor relationships, onboarding, and performance.
- Handle customer and internal escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Own service revenue, profitability, and productivity targets.

- Vendor/contractor negotiation and relationship management
- Problem-solving under pressure, especially with escalations
