About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales of our IT services and software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Research and qualify potential clients across domestic and international markets.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions such as:
- Custom Software Development
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- AI & Automation Solutions
- Cloud Services
- Digital Marketing Services
- CRM & ERP Solutions
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Experience in B2B IT Sales or Software Services Sales.
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹11,415.38 - ₹49,056.32 per month
