We are looking for a Customer Service Executive – Travel & Tourism to handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic travel knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and enquiries from customers
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and booking assistance
- Assist guests with tour packages, hotel bookings, transport & visa-related queries
- Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and hotels for confirmations
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer experience
- Update booking details and customer records in the system
- Handle complaints or issues politely and escalate when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel & tourism (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Good spoken & written English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp & emails
- Customer-friendly, patient, and well-organized
- Basic knowledge of tour packages / hotel bookings / destinations is an advantage
