Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in leading the academic and administrative functions of the school. The role involves driving academic excellence, managing staff, ensuring student discipline, and maintaining compliance with CBSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support overall school leadership and operations.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and academic performance.
- Mentor and evaluate teaching staff.
- Oversee student discipline and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- 8+ years of teaching experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role within a CBSE school
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
