ACL Education Centre, Lucknow is looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide students and support their learning journey.
Position: Student Counsellor (Females only)
Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month + Incentives
(Negotiable based on experience)
Role Overview
The Student Counsellor will be responsible for understanding student requirements, counselling prospective learners, explaining ACL programs, and supporting admissions and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding ACL courses and career benefits.
- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course structure, batches, fees, and learning outcomes.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain communication.
- Maintain counselling records and student databases.
- Support admission and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Ability to build relationships with students and parents.
- Positive attitude with a student-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM preferred).
Experience
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales will be preferred.
