Job Title: NPD (New Product Development) Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated NPD Engineer to lead the design and development of new products from concept to production. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that new product designs meet quality, cost, and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study customer drawings and conduct feasibility analysis
- Prepare process flow, PFMEA, control plan, and BOM
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams
- Handle trials, validation, and PPAP documentation
- Manage project timelines and engineering changes
Requirements:
- B.E./Diploma Mechanical
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA
- Experience in CNC/VMC manufacturing
Employment Details:
- Job Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Notice Period: 1 month
