About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end marketplace operations and a strong understanding of the Indian online retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end seller account operations on Amazon and Flipkart, including catalog setup, listing creation, and optimization.
- Drive targeted sales through strategic planning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct competition analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, deals, and marketplace events such as Prime Day and Big Billion Days.
- Monitor account health metrics, resolve listing issues, and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory availability.
- Track key performance indicators such as sales, conversion rates, returns, and customer feedback, and report insights to management.
- Liaise with marketplace category managers and account managers to leverage platform-specific growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience in end-to-end seller account management on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with advertising tools such as Amazon Sponsored Ads and Flipkart PLA.
- Good understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and content guidelines for marketplaces.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
