Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, and assist the sales team in client follow-ups for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding properties and projects.
- Generate and maintain lead data.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients regularly.
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling/sales experience preferred.
- Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
