- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex business contracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect company interests.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws, formulate compliance checklists, and ensure all business operations align with local, state, and national regulations.
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Manage ongoing lawsuits, legal disputes, and claims. Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks in business strategies and formulate actionable strategies to mitigate them.
- Advisory: Provide accurate, timely, and practical legal counsel to various internal departments
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Typically requires 2 to 3 years of progressive legal experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate law, commercial contracts, or litigation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
