Growth Marketing Consultant — Remote, Full-time
We don't execute tasks. We take responsibility for business outcomes. As a fractional CMO embedded into each client's world, you own the full marketing machine — strategy, execution, optimisation, results. If the business grows, that's on you. If it doesn't, that's also on you. That's the deal.
What you'll actually do:
Own the complete marketing strategy for multiple clients. You'll work with a team of social media managers, designers, and video editors — but you're the one connecting everything. Configure funnels in GHL, build email and DM sequences, run Meta and Google Ads, set up workflows, orchestrate influencer campaigns. You'll also need enough graphic design and basic video editing to brief effectively, review, and jump in when needed. You're not just managing channels — you're architecting growth and making sure every part of the funnel pulls its weight.

You bring the kind of ideas that make brands actually stand out — not incremental tweaks but the left-field stuff that makes people stop and notice. You take full ownership and see the real-world outcome of your thinking.

You live and breathe marketing. Not as a job — as a craft. Meta Ads, Google Ads, GHL funnels, campaign architecture — you know them cold. You have strong opinions on what makes a brand memorable and crazy ideas about how to make businesses stand out. You're easygoing and fun to work with, but sharp and professional when it counts. You can lead a team, take feedback without ego, and you genuinely love this stuff.
