We are looking for a skilled and technically sound design and procurement engineer to lead the design, engineering coordination and equipment sourcing for Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) & Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).
Educational Qualification:
- ME / MSc in Environmental Engineering
- BE/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Responsibilities :
- Practical knowledge of ETP/STP systems
- Identify and negotiate with vendors for key equipment, including blowers, pumps, diffusers, screens, filter vessels, and membranes.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM/BOQ) for ETP/STP projects and ensure timely procurement of materials to support project installation and commissioning.
- Ensure all procured materials meet technical standards and quality requirements.
- Monitor budget compliance and implement cost-reduction initiatives for equipment, services, and treatment chemicals.
- Ability to read and validate technical drawings
- Select appropriate treatment technologies (e.g., MBBR, SBR, MBR, ASP) based on influent characteristics.
- Create GA (General Arrangement) drawings, technical specifications, and Design Basis Reports (DBR).
- Knowledge of pollution control norms (CPCB / MPCB/ GPCB) is an advantage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
