Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Delhi / North India

About the Role
Cremeitalia is looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the North India region. The ideal candidate should possess strong FMCG/Food & Dairy sales experience with an established distributor network and expertise in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), HoReCa, Institutional Sales, and Quick Commerce channels.
The role requires driving revenue growth, strengthening distribution, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team while ensuring premium brand visibility and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Delhi NCR and North India.
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, super stockists, and channel partners.
- Expand market reach across General Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa, Institutional, and Quick Commerce channels.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, chefs, hotels, restaurants, cafés, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Ensure availability, visibility, merchandising, and product placement across all sales channels.
- Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, secondary sales, and collections.
- Conduct market visits to identify competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, and Sales Officers.
- Review sales performance through regular business reviews and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams for smooth business execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–13 years of sales experience in FMCG, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Cheese, Food Service, or Premium Food Products.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager handling North India.
- Strong distributor management and channel development experience.
- Hands-on exposure to GT, MT, HoReCa, Institutional Sales, and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
