About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and generate new opportunities for our IT services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills with experience in IT sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project quotations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of IT services, web development, mobile applications, and digital solutions.
- Experience in lead generation and international client acquisition.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Experience working in an IT company or software development agency.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
