HIRING: FREIGHT BROKER (END-TO-END ROLE)
This role is for experienced brokers who can run the full desk.
If you’ve only done calling or only dispatch — this is NOT for you.
We’re looking for someone who can bring the shipper AND move the load.
-What You’ll Own (End-to-End)
1. Cold call & close US & Canada shippers
2. Build and manage your own book of business
3. Post loads & source carriers (DAT/Truckstop)
4. Negotiate rates on both sides (shipper + carrier)
5. Handle dispatch, tracking & issue resolution
6. Ensure smooth pickup → delivery → POD

-Requirements
1. At least 6 months US & Canada freight brokerage experience (full-cycle preferred)
2. Strong understanding of lanes, equipment & market rates
3. Proven ability to close deals AND cover loads
4. Hands-on experience with DAT / Truckstop
5. Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
