A. JOB PROFILE:
JOB TITLE : Draftsman
DEPARTMENT : STATIC
REPORTING TO : Designer / Lead Engineer / HOD-Static
LOCATION : IEC, Pune
B. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education - 2 year ITI-Mechanical draftsman course
Experience - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in drafting in Tanks & Vessels / Structural drawing with specific work as mentioned below: -
· Hands on experience of drafting of process equipment like sand filters, Ion Exchange Vessels, pressure vessels, FRP Tanks, API-650 storage Tanks, Silo-Bins and any other Water treatment equipment, using National and International codes like ASME Sec. VIII,
Div. 1, Div. 2, API 650, PD 5500, IS 2825, EN 13121 etc.
· Good knowledge of requirements of vessel internals, ready to travel & work on site if required. Should have Team building Ability.
· Good knowledge of Water Treatment Process associated with above equipment’s (optional).
· Good knowledge of materials specifications used in the design and construction of above equipment’s.
· Good knowledge of structural platform drawings
· Sound knowledge about fabrication drawings of all above specified Equipment
· Ability to handle the site & vendor activities – Related to Fabrication drawings
· Experience of civil structural drawings will be an added advantage
Skills Required - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel
- 3D model software knowledge
