Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills, Client Billing, and Final Billing
- BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and project costing
- Monitoring project costs and budget control activities
- Billing & costing monitoring for ongoing projects
- Coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Preparing project progress reports and MIS reports
- Ensuring timely billing submissions and documentation
- Strong analytical, monitoring, and coordination skills required
- Tracking project timelines, resource planning, and work progress
