Job Overview
SeekNEO IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and support the complete sales process.
The candidate should have good communication, follow-up, lead generation, and client coordination skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries.
- Contact potential clients and introduce SeekNEO's services.
- Understand client business requirements and project needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or sales meetings.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain communication.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and technical teams.
- Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain and update leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow up on proposals and support deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong calling, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Good knowledge of email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- CRM and sales reporting knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services or software sales.
- Knowledge of website development, mobile apps, custom software, SaaS, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Experience with B2B sales and international clients.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,156.51 per month
