Position: GDA Trainer
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary
REACHA FOUNDATION is seeking a qualified and motivated GDA Trainer with soft skills knowledge to deliver high-quality training programs for healthcare support staff. The candidate will be responsible for imparting both technical and employability skills to trainees.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on General Duty Assistant (GDA) curriculum.
Conduct sessions on communication skills, personality development, workplace etiquette, and employability skills.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and progress.
Maintain training records and documentation.
Provide mentoring and career guidance to trainees.
Coordinate with project and placement teams to ensure successful trainee outcomes.
Ensure compliance with project and sector skill council guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or related field.
Certification or prior experience in GDA training preferred.
Knowledge of soft skills and employability training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant training experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
