Job Title: Tender Executive (2–4 Years Exp) – Government Irrigation Projects
Role Overview:
Handles end-to-end online tendering for government irrigation, canal, and water supply projects on central/state e-procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening: Track daily NITs on government portals (CPPP, State Irrigation Depts, GeM) and review basic eligibility criteria.
Documentation & Submission: Compile pre-qualification packages (completion certificates, turnover records, JV docs) and upload technical/financial bids using Class-3 DSC.
Bank Coordination: Arrange Tender Fees, EMDs, Bank Guarantees (BG), and Solvency Certificates with internal finance teams.
BOQ & Costing Support: Extract quantity details from BOQs (earthwork, piping, concrete) and assist estimation teams with DSR rate analysis.
Post-Bid Tracking: Monitor tender status, compile pre-bid queries, track bid openings, and process EMD refunds.
Requirements
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant degree).
Experience: 2–4 years in government tendering (irrigation, water infrastructure, earthworks).
Skills: Hands-on experience with e-Procurement portals, Class-3 DSC, Advanced MS Excel, and basic AutoCAD reading.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
