About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our IT
Infrastructure sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales processes,
coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales
activities.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales operations and activities
- Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Assist in order processing, tracking, and timely delivery coordination
- Maintain and update CRM data, sales reports, and client records
- Follow up with clients for documentation, approvals, and order closures
- Coordinate with technical, presales, and procurement teams for project
requirements
- Support in tender documentation and submission (if applicable)
- Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution
- Track sales targets, pipeline updates, and generate MIS reports
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination / inside sales (preferably in IT
Infrastructure, Networking, or System Integration domain)
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure products (servers, networking, security, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
