Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and business targets.
- Manage daily store operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
- Manage inventory and minimize stock loss.
- Monitor store KPIs (Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion).
- Handle customer complaints and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Prepare daily and monthly store reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
