We are looking for an experienced and certified Zoho Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Zoho product implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho HRMS, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Creator, with a deep understanding of business process mapping and requirement gathering.
This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for end-to-end Zoho implementations — from discovery and configuration to go-live and post-support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and configure Zoho CRM — modules, workflows, blueprints, and reports
Set up Zoho People / Zoho HRMS — leave, attendance, performance, and onboarding
Configure Zoho Recruit — ATS, job boards, and candidate management
Build custom apps on Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting
Handle Zoho One cross-product implementations
Conduct requirement gathering and business process mapping with clients
Integrate Zoho with third-party tools via APIs and webhooks
Manage data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-support
Deliver end-user training and maintain project documentation
Mandatory:
5+ years of Zoho implementation experience
Valid Zoho Certification
Hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho HRMS, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Creator
Strong business process mapping and requirement gathering skills
Experience in HR, Recruitment, or CRM domain
Preffered: Immediate joiners
Good to Have:
Zoho Flow and Zoho Analytics experience
REST API integration knowledge
Deluge scripting — intermediate to advanced
Prior IT consulting experience
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
