About the Role
Sree Raaga Resorts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The candidate should be capable of handling both field marketing and in-house marketing activities to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and generate revenue.
Responsibilities
- Promote resort rooms, banquet halls, weddings, corporate events, and dining services
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices, travel agencies, event planners, schools, colleges, and business establishments
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Handle in-house marketing activities and guest engagement programs
- Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the management
Requirements
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Hospitality Marketing & Sales
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Willingness to travel and conduct field marketing activities
✔ Ability to handle both field and in-house marketing operations
✔ Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
✔ Ability to build corporate and business partnerships
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
