Position Overview:
Gryphon Academy is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, admissions, events, training programs, and corporate branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of producing high-quality content within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Edit long-form content such as interviews, testimonials, webinars, training sessions, and event highlights.
- Create promotional videos for admissions, placements, events, and institutional branding.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound effects, and background music.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
- Create engaging and trend-based content aligned with current social media standards.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Design, Content, and Event teams.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all video content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver content within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro ,CapCut, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, storytelling, and social media trends.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and audio editing.
- Basic understanding of camera handling and video shooting is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is preferred.
- The candidate should know short film making, creating podcasts, lengthy videos editing.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing and content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, promotional, and branding videos.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Corporate sector.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working location: Baner,Pune
Working hours: 10 AM TO 7 PM.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
