Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for field and technical positions such as AC Technicians, Appliance Repair Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Housekeeping Executives, Pest Control Technicians, and other service professionals. The role requires high-volume hiring, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining a strong pipeline of skilled candidates to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, ITIs, vocational institutes, and local hiring networks
- Build and maintain a database of skilled technicians and service professionals
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial candidate assessments
- Evaluate candidates for technical knowledge, experience, communication skills, and service orientation
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, trade tests, and onboarding activities
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies
Hiring Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate document collection and verification
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards
Field Hiring & Partnerships
- Conduct hiring drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews
- Build relationships with ITIs, skill development centers, placement agencies, and training institutes
- Develop referral programs and local sourcing channels
- Support bulk hiring requirements during expansion and peak seasons
Candidate Experience
- Provide clear information about job roles, compensation, incentives, and career opportunities
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Maintain regular communication with candidates until joining
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience
- Experience hiring blue-collar, field service, technical, or operational staff preferred
- Strong telecalling and candidate screening skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and local recruitment channels
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience hiring AC technicians, appliance engineers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, housekeeping staff, facility management personnel, delivery executives, or similar field workforce
- Comfortable with high-volume and target-based hiring
- Ability to assess candidate suitability and trainability

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
