About the Role
We are hiring an F&B Executive for an international luxury chocolate boutique brand in Navi Mumbai.
We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality mindset who understands that guest experience is at the heart of luxury retail. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences in a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain the highest service standards
- Welcome, engage, and build rapport with guests
- Provide product recommendations and confidently communicate the brand story
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure the boutique is always maintained to luxury brand standards
- Support day-to-day operational activities
- Maintain hygiene, visual merchandising, and presentation standards
- Work closely with the team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality, F&B, luxury retail, guest relations, or premium customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory)
- Strong focus on guest experience and service excellence
- Professional, well-groomed, and polished appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-service environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
