Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Manage the procurement of glass, aluminum systems, windows, façade materials, hardware, sealants, and other construction-related items.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, and site teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to support purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor agreements, and procurement reports.
- Resolve supplier performance issues and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Track procurement budgets and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4-5 years of procurement experience in the construction, façade, windows, or glass industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural glass, aluminum systems, windows, façade materials, hardware, and related construction products.
- Proven experience in vendor development and contract negotiations.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
