Job Title: Tele Counselor

Job Summary:
The Tele Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls, providing accurate information about programs, guiding them through the admission process, and supporting the conversion of leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students generated through various marketing channels
- Handle inbound admission-related queries effectively and professionally
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fee structure, and campus facilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding career options and program suitability
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to drive conversions
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth onboarding
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions and feedback
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proficient in English & Telugu
- Knowledge of Tamil
- 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling / counseling / sales (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Customer-centric approach
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in the education sector / EdTech / admissions counseling
- Candidates comfortable with extensive calling and target-driven roles will be preferred
