Position: Factory Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely order completion.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with production planning, procurement, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records, reports, and inventory usage.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize resource utilization.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid production delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory supervision role.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, stainless steel products, or commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
