Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor quality, measurements, materials, and work progress.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and highlight issues or delays.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and maintain proper site discipline.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material and execution requirements.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the design team.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-5 years in residential/interior construction projects.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
