Eatskart is a fast-growing Q-commerce food delivery startup, building India's quickest food delivery ecosystem. We are hiring passionate trainers to build a strong and skilled ground force.
Role Overview:
As a City Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing our Delivery Executives (DEs), Hub In-charges and Ground staff to ensure high performance, safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct onboarding & induction training (OJT) for new Delivery Executives
2. Deliver classroom and on-field training on SOPs, Safety, Customer Behaviour & App handling
3. Audit hub operations and identify training needs
4. Reduce early attrition through effective training and engagement
5. Maintain training reports, attendance and MIS on a daily basis
6. Support City Training Manager in new hub launches
7. Ensure 100% compliance on safety and grooming standards
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience in Training / Operations / L&D (Logistics / Food-tech / Q-commerce preferred)
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English
- Willing to travel across hubs within the city
- Strong presentation and people management skills
- Basic MS Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
