Role Purpose
TIB RETAIL is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to handle store operations, inventory management, material inward/outward processes, stock monitoring, and coordination with procurement, production, and site execution teams.
The role is critical for ensuring proper material availability, inventory accuracy, dispatch management, and smooth operational support for ongoing retail fitout, branding, interior execution, and turnkey projects.
The candidate should have practical experience handling materials related to retail fixtures, branding materials, hardware, electricals, modular furniture, fabrication items, and project execution inventory.
End-to-End Workflow Responsibilities
· Manage complete store and inventory operations
· Handle material inward and outward entries
· Verify materials received from vendors against purchase orders and invoices
· Maintain stock records for project materials, hardware, branding items, fixtures, laminates, electricals, and consumables
· Coordinate with procurement team regarding material requirements and shortages
· Plan material dispatches according to site execution schedules
· Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material movement
· Ensure proper storage and identification of materials
· Maintain inventory reports, stock registers, and material trackers
· Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
· Track damaged, excess, or shortage materials and report discrepancies
· Coordinate with production and factory teams for dispatch planning
· Ensure proper documentation for GRN, challans, inward/outward records, and inventory updates
· Monitor inventory consumption and minimize material wastage
· Support billing and accounts team with inventory-related documentation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
