About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager (Civil Site Operations) to lead and oversee multiple construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage site teams, contractors, and vendors while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site operations across multiple projects.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and workforce to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Resolve site-level challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost control measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in construction site operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale residential/commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deliver under tight deadlines.
