Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Pega Developer (CSSA Certified) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Pega applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Pega Platform, application architecture, integrations, workflows, and case management, along with the ability to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that align with business goals and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Pega solutions.
- Build workflows, case management solutions, UI components, business rules, and integrations.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations with external applications.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence within the team.
- Support Agile/Scrum development processes and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
- Continuously evaluate new Pega features and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
- Mandatory Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) Certification
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on Pega development experience.
- Strong expertise in the Pega Platform, application design, and implementation.
- Experience with Pega workflows, case management, business rules, UI development, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, application lifecycle management, and enterprise solution design.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Pega Customer Service Framework.
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience with application servers and relational databases.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise Pega implementations.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
