Position Overview
IHW Council is looking for dynamic professionals for the Business Development – Event Sales role, focusing on Sponsorship Sales and Awards Nominations for healthcare conferences and events.
- Drive sponsorship sales and delegate acquisition for healthcare conferences and events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry trends, target audiences, and relevant topics.
- Identify and onboard high-level industry experts and speakers for conferences.
- Develop event agendas aligned with conference themes and industry needs.
- Create promotional content, including conference brochures, emailers, and website copy to maximize participation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure successful event execution.
- Identify and onboard marketing and media partners to enhance event reach.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for each event.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Attend and manage onsite event execution, represent the organization, and build relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Experience in Event Sales / Sponsorship Sales / Conference Sales (preferably in healthcare or B2B events).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in speaker acquisition, industry research, or conference planning is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
