Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to build brand awareness and engagement
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive leads and conversions
- Content Creation & Strategy: Create compelling content (blogs, posts, videos, case studies) that aligns with company services and target audience needs
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, keyword research) to improve website ranking and organic traffic
- Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads through digital channels, nurture prospects, and improve conversion rates
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other tools; provide actionable insights
- Website Management: Collaborate with web development team for website updates, landing page optimization, and UX improvements
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns for customer engagement and retention
- Competitor Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine marketing strategies
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign performance for stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (B2B tech/marketing experience preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and analytics dashboards
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Content writing and copywriting expertise
- Understanding of landing page optimization and A/B testing
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) – English mandatory
- Creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Team collaboration and leadership skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in tech industry or B2B digital marketing
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Basic understanding of web development (HTML/CSS)
- Experience with video marketing and editing tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO
