The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling front office operations, student records, course coordination, and supporting the management team in smooth institute functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and attend student/parent inquiries
- Maintain student records, attendance, and fee details
- Coordinate batch schedules and trainer requirements
- Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Support admissions and enrollment process
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
- Ensure office cleanliness and stock management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline)
- 1–3 years experience in administration/front office (Training institute experience preferred)
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Friendly and professional attitude
