We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-connected professional who can manage end-to-end sourcing and coordination for corporate gifting requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, excellent communication, market knowledge, and the ability to negotiate the best deals while maintaining quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source creative, premium, and cost-effective gifting items for corporate events, employee engagement, client gifting, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, printers, packaging partners, and gifting agencies.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, branding requirements, and delivery commitments with vendors.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand gifting requirements, themes, budgets, and deadlines.
Ensure timely procurement and smooth execution of gifting projects.
Explore new market trends, unique gifting ideas, and customized branding options.
Handle vendor comparisons, quotations, approvals, and purchase coordination.
Ensure quality checks and proper packaging before dispatch.
Manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
Required Skills:

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in corporate gifting, procurement, vendor management, event agencies, or merchandising.
Existing vendor network and market connections will be a strong advantage.

Highly organized, responsible, and execution-focused.
