Position: JAVA Full Stack Developer
Location: Work From Home (WFH)
Requisites:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Angular or React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and version control tools.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java Full Stack applications.
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Build responsive frontend applications using Angular or React.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, reusable, optimized code.
- Perform code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in requirement analysis and solution design.
- Create unit test cases and support testing.
- Maintain documentation and provide production support.
Developmental:
- Keep updated with latest Java technologies.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and code reviews.
- Support junior developers.
- Improve coding standards and development processes.
Technical & Strategic:
- Design scalable and secure application architecture.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ensure timely delivery with quality.
- Recommend technology and process improvements.
- Contribute to CI/CD and automation initiatives.
