Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in GCP (multi-cloud preferred). The candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure, supporting client queries, and ensuring operational excellence in a 24/7 Hybrid cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across GCP and/or Azure.
Ensure smooth operations of core cloud services: Network, Compute, IAM, Load Balancers, Security Policies, and Storage.
Provide hands-on support with Linux OS administration and commands.
Configure and manage cloud-native monitoring systems.
Handle IPC requests and provide timely resolutions.
Troubleshoot issues effectively and provide root cause analysis.
Attend client calls, clarify queries, and deliver solutions with a client-first mindset.
Work from client location on all working days, supporting 24/7 rotational shifts.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and adopt AI-driven frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years of IT experience with strong exposure to cloud platforms.
Hands-on expertise in GCP (multi-cloud preferred).
Strong knowledge of cloud fundamentals: networking, compute, IAM, load balancing, security rules, storage.
Proficiency in Linux OS and command-line operations.
Experience with cloud-native monitoring tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and at client location.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Exposure to storage and Linux

Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
