Job Description – Admin Executive:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative activities and support office operations efficiently. The candidate should possess good communication and coordination skills, along with experience in travel, visa processing, vendor management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle visa processing and documentation for employees traveling to Overseas
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, immigration policies, and travel regulations, as these may change frequently every 2–3 months.
- Regularly research and explore official portals/websites to track updated visa requirements and travel guidelines.
- Manage domestic and international ticket bookings, travel planning, hotel bookings, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for smooth travel arrangements.
- Raise and track IT support tickets for system-related issues and follow up until closure.
- Maintain and organize office documents, employee records, and administrative files.
- Manage day-to-day office requirements such as stationery items, office supplies, and pantry requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and operational activities.
- Ensure proper record keeping and timely documentation updates.
- Support administration-related activities and assist different departments whenever required.
- Handle courier, logistics, and other office coordination activities.
- Maintain good communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of visa processing and travel management.
- Good internet research and browsing skills to stay updated with changing visa and travel rules.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities independently.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills are an added advantage.
- Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualification:
- Any Graduate
- 3+ years of relevant experience in administration and travel coordination preferred.
- Strong communication skills are preferred for this role.
- Candidates with prior experience handling GCC visa processes will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
