Primary Responsibilities
Technical Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing existing and newly identified bugs within salesforce as well as in the infaces to external applications, supporting the project tasks to advance the work of the Team, Training and transferring knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required. The applicant will have to develop, prototype, unit test and implement solution/enhancements and collaborate with onsite and offsite teams to ensure proper delivery of solutions. The technical analysis will update and maintain all related functional documentation and Provide input to the Product Backlog to optimize the value of the work of the Team. Responsibility will also encompass working on stories, technical specifications, and/or the daily support, optimization, and deployment of the applications.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Overall, more than 10 years of experience in IT industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience on the Salesforce Platform in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Basic understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform is required.
- Basic understanding and/or Experience in agile development environment.
