We are hiring a full‑time Special Educator to work with autistic children through structured teaching, communication development, and early‑intervention programs at Samarth Autism Centre (AADI Autism Foundation).
Key Responsibilities
- Early intervention and school readiness for children
- Support communication (speech, AAC, visuals)
- Use positive behaviour strategies
- Guide parents with home‑based plans
- Maintain documentation and reports
Requirements
- Degree in Special Education / Psychology / Child Development
- Experience with autism, sensory needs, and structured teaching
- Freshers with strong training may apply
