The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing sales pipeline, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling, business development, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Drive revenue generation and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Calinova's business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities across enterprise, government, technology, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
AI & Technology Solution Sales
- Promote Calinova's AI infrastructure, data center services, cloud solutions, AI innovation initiatives, and enterprise technology offerings.
- Understand customer business challenges and position AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Engage with CXOs, technology leaders, and decision-makers to drive enterprise sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solution proposals and commercial offerings.
Client & Partner Management
- Develop strong relationships with strategic customers and partners.
- Lead customer presentations, solution discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
- Identify partnership opportunities that expand Calinova's market reach.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales team members.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and pipeline assessments.
- Drive a culture of accountability, customer focus, and high performance.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends in AI, cloud computing, digital transformation, and data center services.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to leadership and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
- Support pricing, positioning, and business expansion initiatives.
Reporting & Governance
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Track KPIs, conversion metrics, and business performance indicators.
- Ensure CRM data integrity and effective pipeline management.
- Present sales performance updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Technology Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing enterprise accounts.
- Experience leading sales teams and managing business growth initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
