Profile: Sales Head-Solar EPC-Surat-9.6 LPA
Experience:
- 5-8+ years in sales
- Minimum 2-3 years in team handling role
- Experience in solar EPC / electrical / industrial sales preferred
Salary Range: 70K to 80K
Roles:
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales for solar EPC projects
- Drive sales for rooftop and ground-mounted solar solutions across segments
- Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Handle client acquisition across industrial, commercial & residential segments
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure closures
- Coordinate with technical and execution teams for project alignment
- Track sales performance, targets, and reporting
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Strong background in B2B/B2C sales
- Knowledge of solar/renewable energy industry preferred
