Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Salary negotiations & background checks
Onboarding: Offer letters, induction & team introductions
Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records & reports
Collaborate with internal teams & ensure timely closures
Vendor coordination to manage hiring costs
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication in English & Malayalam
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized & a great team player
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment preferred.
