Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive with experience in Home Loan/LAP operations, MIS, Business Analytics, and Data Analytics. The candidate will be responsible for managing operational reports, analyzing business data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze business and operational data to generate insights.
- Manage and update operational records using Excel and internal systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for smooth Home Loan/LAP processing.
- Track loan files from login to disbursement.
- Prepare business dashboards and management reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Support business operations through data analysis and process improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics (Finance).
- Experience in Home Loan/LAP, Banking, NBFC, HFC, or FinTech is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, etc.).
- Good understanding of MIS Reporting, Business Analytics, and Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Home Loan/LAP operations.
- Knowledge of CRM and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to prepare management reports and business dashboards.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
