Key Responsibilities
1. Outlet Operations & SOP Compliance
Oversee the end-to-end operations of all retail outlets to ensure a smooth and
efficient workflow.
Ensure all manpower adheres strictly to established Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and consistency.
Conduct regular audits at the ROs, specifically focusing on wet stock (fuel)
and lubricant reconciliation to prevent leakage and ensure accuracy.
Ensure Statutory compliances like TDS deposit/PSU Audit/Electricity
bill/W&M/DG and boundary management
2. Manpower Management & Recruitment
Manage the recruitment process for outlet-level staff to ensure sufficient and
skilled manpower is available at all times.
Handle staffing schedules, performance monitoring, and on-ground training to
maintain high productivity levels.
3. Inventory & Product Availability
Manage the indenting process to ensure optimal product availability at all
retail outlets, preventing stock-outs or overstocking.
Coordination with PSU
Coordinate with the FB DDD department daily to confirm diesel requirements
and ensure a consistent supply of products across all ROs.
4. Financial Management & P&L
Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for each outlet
to track financial health and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure strict compliance with cash management protocols, guaranteeing that
all cash collected from RO is deposited in the bank as per SOPs.
Coordinate with the Finance department to facilitate timely payments for
indents raised of all Ros
5. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of escalation for customer complaints at the outlets,
ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the brand's reputation.
6. Credit Control
Proactively follow up with creditors to ensure timely payments as per
respective credit norms
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a
related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations
management, preferably in the [Fuel/Automotive/Retail] industry.
Technical Skills:
o Fuel Forecourt operations
o Understanding of inventory management (indenting) and stock
reconciliation (wet stock/lube).
o Proficiency in financial reporting and creating P&L statements.
o Familiarity with bank deposit procedures and credit control processes.
o Support PSU audits

Operations : Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage teams across
multiple locations.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for handling customer complaints and operational
hiccups decisively.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of cash flow, outstanding
payments, and profitability metrics.
Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal
departments (Finance, FB DDD) and external stakeholders (creditors,
customers).
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
