We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to support our Australian client, a growing builder. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills and preferably an understanding of construction industry operations.

Provide administrative support to project and site teams

Coordinate project documentation, schedules and communications

Prepare and maintain reports, records and project files

Assist in project planning and tracking using project management tools

Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Experience with project management or admin tools

Knowledge of the civil construction industry preferred

Experience with CAD or drawing software is an advantage
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: AWST(6.30AM – 3.30PM IST)
